Built for serious mental health
Made with depression, anxiety and trauma in mind.
Your village, your rules
You choose what your doctor, family or guardian sees.
If you need help right now
Dorf is not a crisis service and is not monitored in real time. It isn't for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services (112 in Germany and the EU, 911 in the US) or a crisis line — in Germany, Telefonseelsorge on 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222, free and around the clock.
Two kinds of tracking, kept apart
Everyday wellbeing — sleep, hydration, activity, mood — is light and always yours to skip. Clinical history such as diagnoses, medication and trauma context is more sensitive: optional, stored separately, and never shared unless you switch it on for that person.
Built for your doctor too
When you're carrying deep psychological trauma or managing a chronic condition, repeating it to every new doctor is exhausting. Dorf keeps your history and a clear, shareable report ready, so your care team understands you from the first minute. You can edit, remove or delete the report at any time — it's always under your control.
Your history, pre-saved
Chronic conditions, medications and sensitive context are saved once, so you never have to re-tell your story to a new doctor at the hardest moments.
A clear report, ready to share
Dorf turns your check-ins, mood and device signals into a concise, clearly structured summary your doctor can read in seconds — describing patterns in your own data, never diagnoses.
Continuity across every visit
Whether it's your GP, a specialist or a new clinician, they see the same trusted picture — so care picks up where it left off instead of starting from scratch.
What the report shows — and what it doesn't
Dorf looks for patterns within your own tracked data — for example, that lower mood ratings appeared in the same week as shorter sleep. It describes what happened together; it never says one thing caused the other and it never suggests a diagnosis.
Every pattern is a starting point for a conversation with your clinician, not a conclusion. You and your doctor decide what it means.
Where Dorf sits
Dorf is a wellbeing and tracking tool that helps you organise and share your own information. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care. If we later pursue medical device or DiGA classification, we'll say so openly here.
A calm, clearly structured space that turns scattered signals into a picture you can actually read.
